The Story

The Music Weekend 2025 has its roots in a former music week, during which a choir worked intensively together for an entire week. At that time, a complete program was rehearsed together, culminating in a CD recording. However, over time it became clear that a week full of rehearsals and recordings was too exhausting and difficult to arrange for many participants. Thus, the idea arose to shorten the event to a weekend, making it more accessible and less burdensome.

A weekend provides the perfect balance between intense musical creation and relaxation, allowing participants to deeply focus on music and spiritual community without feeling overwhelmed. This shorter timeframe is not only less time-consuming but also makes it easier for people from various walks of life and countries to participate.

Today, singers from all over the world – from the USA, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and many other countries – travel to celebrate together the love of music and God, the Creator. The Music Weekend has become an international gathering where singers from diverse backgrounds come together united in their passion for music and worship.
